Getting started
All participants begin with a series of privates or semi-privates to learn the Pilates Fundamentals. Privates and semi-privates are booked with each individual instructor according to availability.
Certified Instructors
Classes are maintained weekly at predetermined times. They are available to people who have completed their initial series of privates or semi-private classes.
Prices
Privates - $90
Semi-privates - $45/person
Classes of 3-4 ppl - $35
If you are away for an extended period of time and wish to remain connected to your weekly class, then a retainer fee can be applied to your time away. Each situation will be treated individually.
Billing
Classes of 3-4 ppl will be billed for 2-months at a time.
At the end of the calendar month, you will receive an invoice for the month you have completed, plus the month coming up. You can pay your invoice in full or divide your payment into two payments, each invoice is due on the 10th of the following month. If payment is not received by the 10th, a reminder notice will be sent out. Please notify me if you have other considerations and need further accommodation.
For Semi-privates and Privates billing will occur at the end of each calendar month.
Late cancellations or cancellations that occur in private or semi-private classes
Late cancellation fees of $35 apply to privates and semi-private classes that occur within 48hrs (2 days) of a scheduled class. Full charge will apply to cancellations that occur on the day of a scheduled private or semi-private class. If you cancel with more than 2 days’ notice, no fee is applied to one cancellation in a calendar month.
Privates and semis will have late fees applied if consecutive cancellations occur within a calendar month. This policy exists to stopper revenue losses. For those individuals that share a semi-private, the fees below will be divided to represent 2 people.
Cancellation #1 – the policy above applies (no charge within 48 hrs)
Cancellation #2 - a fee of $35 applies
Cancellation #3 - a fee of $40 applies
Cancellation #4 - a fee of $45 applies
Cancellation #5 - a fee of $50 applies
Late cancellation fees do not apply to classes of 3-4 people. If a class is missed during a calendar month, a participant can do a make-up class in the same or following calendar month. You have 2 months to get a make-up class scheduled from your date of absence.
